Balta December Update

The snow finally came in Balta at the end of December. It wasn’t just a little either! The kids had a great time playing in the snow and skating. The just wanted to be outside and it wasn’t too cold. They had fun building some funny looking snowman.

There was also a special riddle for the children. How to put 10 nails on top of the head of one nail. Many efforts were made, but they were left searching for the answer. Dima finally gave in and helped them out. ;)

 

 

Dima also spent time talking with the kids about Christmas and they set up a manager scene with Joseph, Mary, and Jesus just outside the door of the orphanage.
