Visit to Andreevo Ivanovoko

The team visited the children in Andreevo Ivanovoko at the end of March. Many of the children were not able to participate because some were ill and some were visiting family because it was spring break time. However, with the small group of 50 we had a great time. Our focus for the day was teaching about friendship. We played many different games, one of which was about gossip. The kids passed a message through text messaging and showed how quickly gossip can spread through the whole group. All of the games demonstrated what can ruin friendships, misunderstanding, indifference and selfishness. We also talked about how Jesus is our best friend and will always be with us. We had a great day with the children and even left bananas and cookies for the children to enjoy with their dinner.
